Venture Global与三井签署20年液化天然气协议

• Venture Global (VG) and Mitsui & Co. (OTCPK:MITSY) announced a new 20-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) sales and purchase agreement.
• Under this agreement, Mitsui (OTCPK:MITSY) will purchase 1.0 million tonnes per annum of LNG from Venture Global (VG), with deliveries starting in 2029.
• This deal marks Venture Global's (VG) third long-term contract with a Japanese company and adds to their total of 6.75 MTPA of long-term contracts secured in 2025.
• VG stock traded ~4% higher on Tuesday during after-market hours of trading.
