HeartCore获得180天延期以恢复与纳斯达克合规

  • HeartCore (NASDAQ:HTCR) stated on Monday that it has received an additional 180-day extension period from the Nasdaq to regain compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement of the Nasdaq.
  • The company has until May 1, 2026, to meet the minimum bid price requirement. If the requirement is not fulfilled, the Nasdaq will provide the company with a written confirmation of compliance, and the matter will be closed.
  • The company does not assure if it will be able to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement, even if it complies with other listing requirements.
