OpenAI讨论进军消费者健康应用程序:报告
2025-11-10 21:06
- ChatGPT maker OpenAI (OPENAI) is discussing internally whether to move into consumer health apps as it seeks to move beyond the popular generative artificial intelligence chatbot, Business Insider reported.
- Among the products the company is discussing include a generative AI-powered personal health assistant, the news outlet added, citing people familiar with the matter. One other potential product is a health data aggregator, the news outlet reported.
- Other tech companies, such as Apple (AAPL), Google (GOOG) (GOOGL) and Amazon (AMZN) have made inroads into the consumer health sector, to varying degrees.
- The potential move into healthcare comes amid recent hires by OpenAI, including cofounder of Doximity (DOCS) Nate Gross and former Instagram executive Ashley Alexander. Gross told attendees at the HLTH conference last month that many of ChatGPT's 800M weekly active users come to the app for medical advice.
- OpenAI did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Seeking Alpha.
