Ampco-Pittsburgh任命David Anderson为CFO

- Ampco-Pittsburgh (AP) said on Friday its board has appointed David G. Anderson as vice president, Chief Financial Officer, treasurer and assistant secretary, effective January 1, 2026.
- Anderson will replace Michael G. McAuley, who will become strategic advisor to the CEO until his planned retirement on June 30, 2026.
- Anderson will also continue as president of Air & Liquid Systems Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary.
- The company said details of compensation changes related to the transition will be disclosed once finalized.
