Westin Acquisition prices IPO at $10 per unit

- Westin Acquisition (OTC:WSTN) priced its IPO of 5M units at an offering price of $10.00 per unit, with each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-sixth of one Class A ordinary share.
- The units are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “WSTNU” beginning November 4, 2025.
- The company expects the IPO to close on November 5, 2025.
- The Class A ordinary shares and the rights are expected to be traded on Nasdaq under the symbols “WSTN” and “WSTNR,” respectively.
