Hudson Technologies (HDSN) announced that chairman and chief executive officer Brian Coleman has stepped down effective immediately.
Chief financial officer Brian Bertaux will assume interim CEO duties.
Preliminary Q3 2025 results: revenue expected to rise 20% to $74M, gross margin 32%, and net income up 59% to $12.4M ($0.27/share).
The consensus EPS Estimate is $0.20 (+17.6% Y/Y) and the consensus Revenue Estimate is $72.15M (+16.5% Y/Y).
