Nexstar和Tegna收到司法部要求提供更多合并信息的请求

The U.S. Department of Justice has requested additional information and documents as it reviews broadcaster Nexstar Media's (NXST) $3.54 billion takeover bid for smaller rival Tegna (TGNA).
The DoJ's demand would extend the waiting period for closing the transaction until 30 days after both companies have substantially complied with the request, Tegna said in a filing on Friday.
The company expects the deal to be completed by the second half of 2026.
