NiSource推出15亿美元ATM股权发行计划

- NiSource (NI) announced a new at-the-market equity offering program allowing it to sell up to $1.5 billion of common stock through December 31, 2028.
- Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including capital spending, working capital, and debt repayment.
- This program replaces the prior $900 million ATM offering from February 2024, which had about $47.5 million in unsold shares. NiSource has appointed Barclays, BMO, BNP Paribas, BofA, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, Scotia, and Wells Fargo as sales agents and forward sellers.
