- Advanced Gold Exploration (CSE: AUEX) has announced a share consolidation of its common shares on a one-for-ten basis.
- The consolidation, subject to approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), will reduce the number of outstanding shares from 79,990,169 to approximately 7,999,016.
- No fractional shares will be issued, with any fractions being rounded down to the nearest whole share.
- In addition, the company has appointed David McDonald as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 20, 2025. McDonald replaces Radovan Danilovsky, who resigned as CFO but will remain a director of the company.
- Shareholders with physical certificates will receive letters of transmittal for the exchange of their pre-consolidation shares. Those holding shares through intermediaries should contact their brokers for assistance.
