SEALSQ (NASDAQ:LAES) shares rose 5% premarket on Friday after the company announced its ordinary shares have been approved for trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market, effective October 27, 2025.
In addition, the firm said its market capitalization has recently surpassed $1 billion, and has subsequently remained above this threshold.
