- RedHill Biopharma (NASDAQ:RDHL) said it received a Nasdaq Staff Determination notice on October 16 stating the company failed to meet the minimum $2.5 million stockholders’ equity requirement for continued listing.
- The company said it intends to appeal the decision to a Nasdaq hearings panel, which could grant up to a 180-day extension to regain compliance.
- The company’s shares will remain listed and traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market pending the panel’s decision.
