Pentair任命Nick Brazis为CFO

- Pentair (NYSE:PNR) announced that CFO Bob Fishman will leave the company on March 1, 2026, after six years in the role.
- Nick Brazis, currently VP of Corporate Development and Treasury, will succeed him as Executive VP and CFO.
- Heather Hausmann, currently serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, will assume the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer on March 1, 2026. The move aims to strengthen Pentair’s digital and product technology capabilities to enhance customer experience.
