GRAIL宣布发行3.25亿美元的股权

- GRAIL (NASDAQ:GRAL) has entered into a securities purchase agreement to raise $325M.
- Pursuant to the terms of the securities purchase agreement, GRAIL has agreed to issue and sell 4.64M common shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) at $70.05.
- The company currently expects to use the net proceeds to fund its commercial activities and reimbursement efforts, as well as for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
- The company believes its cash, cash equivalents and investments, including the expected net proceeds from the private placement, will provide sufficient funding of planned operations into 2030, exlcuding the agreement by Samsung C&T and Samsung Electronics to invest $110 million in the Company.
- Closing date is October 21, 2025.
