Fabrinet创始人Mitchell退休

2025-10-17 19:42

  • Fabrinet (NYSE:FN) said on Friday that founder and Chairman Tom Mitchell will step down and retire after 25 years of leading the electronic manufacturing services company.
  • Mitchell founded Fabrinet in 2000 and served as the company's CEO and Chairman until 2017. At that point, Seamus Grady was appointed CEO. Mitchell returned to his role as Chairman in 2018.
  • In addition to starting Fabrinet, Mitchell also previously co-founded Seagate Technologies (STX).
  • “Seeing Fabrinet grow from a start-up to a multi-billion-dollar organization has been the highlight of my professional career,” said Mitchell in a statement. “I have taken great pride in seeing the core values we established at inception – exceptional customer service, advanced manufacturing innovation, and delivering a compelling value proposition – continue to guide the business. With Seamus Grady at the helm, I am confident that the enduring power of these values will continue to strengthen Fabrinet’s position as a market leader.”
  • Fabrinet shares were little changed in premarket trading.
