Lexeo Therapeutics推出股票和招股说明书

Lexeo Therapeutics (NASDAQ:LXEO) on Thursday said it has started an underwritten public offering and concurrent private placement of its common stock and pre-funded warrants.
The biotech company plans to offer shares to the public and sell additional shares and warrants to Balyasny Asset Management in a private placement exempt from SEC registration.
The private placement’s completion is not contingent on the public offering, Lexeo said.
The size and timing of the offerings will depend on market conditions.

LXEO -2.62% after hours to $8.54.
