Headwaters Capital第三季度下跌2.7%;加入Driven Brands，退出Bentley Systems

- The Headwaters Capital Management, LLC portfolio declined -2.7% during Q3 2025 compared to a +5.3% gain for the Russell Mid Cap Index over the same period.
- Driven Brands (NASDAQ:DRVN): A new starter position was initiated in this holding during the quarter.
- Sell – Bentley Systems (NASDAQ:BSY): The position in Bentley Systems was exited during the quarter following significant stock appreciation driven by M&A speculation.
- "Unlike the internet bubble, which was characterized by extreme valuations for companies with little or no revenue, the current environment increasingly resembles a CAPEX driven earnings bubble," the fund said.
