MilliporeSigma将收购JSR Life Sciences的层析业务

- MilliporeSigma (OTCPK:MKGAF) on Wednesday said the Life Science business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany has signed an agreement to acquire the chromatography business of JSR Life Sciences.
- "The acquisition will expand the company’s downstream processing portfolio with advanced Protein A chromatography capabilities, supporting more efficient and scalable production of biopharmaceutical therapies, including monoclonal antibodies," the company said.
- The transaction is expected to close by the end of the second quarter of 2026.
