Flexible Solutions International宣布出售Mendota工厂

- Flexible Solutions International (NYSE:FSI) announced on Tuesday the sale of its Mendota Plant, while retaining a long-term lease at the site for its ENP division.
- The company said the small profit or small loss from this action will be accounted for in Q4.
- Dan O’Brien, CEO, said, “The Mendota plant was purchased in order to situate all of our ENP division in a single plant and to free up space in our Peru, IL plant for expansion of our food grade division. This transaction retains both those benefits while also reducing debt and freeing executive time to focus on growth.”
- FSI +3.06% premarket to $9.08.
