- Grizzly Discoveries (TSXV:GZD:CA) announced a private placement offering for gross proceeds of $1M for a 30-day extension to the previously announced one on September 11, 2025.
- The placement includes up to 8.33M units and up to 25M of a combination of units and FT units at a price of $0.03 per unit.
- Each unit shall consist of one common share of the company and one purchase warrant.
- The company aims to use the proceeds for mineral property exploration, mineral rights and exploration permits, working capital, and other corporate expenses.
