- VolitionRx (NYSE:VNRX) is proposing to offer and sell, in an underwritten public offering, shares of its common stock and accompanying common stock purchase warrants.
- The final terms of the proposed offering will depend on market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
- Volition intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for research and continued product development, clinical studies, product commercialization, working capital and other general corporate purposes, including potential strategic acquisitions.
