- Tribeca Resources (TSXV:TRBC:CA) (OTCQB:TRRCF) plans a non-brokered private placement of up to 23.8M units at $0.21/unit, aiming to raise up to $5M.
- The offering has a minimum subscription of $2M.
- Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one warrant (one full warrant per two Units).
- Each warrant allows purchase of one additional share at $0.30 during the first 12 months after closing, and $0.40 in the following 12 months (24-month total term).
