Cre8 Enterprise收到纳斯达克关于最低出价不足的通知

  • Cre8 Enterprise (NASDAQ:CRE) said on Monday that it has received a notification letter from Nasdaq notifying the company that based on the closing bid price of the Class A ordinary shares for the last 30 consecutive business days, the company no longer meets the continued listing requirement of Nasdaq to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share.
  • The notice has no immediate effect on the listing of the company's Class A ordinary shares, which will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “CRE.” 
  • Cre8 Enterprise (NASDAQ:CRE) shares were down 3.98% in extended trading.
