Itron将以3.25亿美元收购Urbint

Itron (NASDAQ:ITRI) stated on Monday the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Urbint, a privately held software company, for $325 million, which will be funded in cash on hand.
The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Tom Deitrich, Itron’s president and CEO, said, “Urbint’s AI-powered operational resilience solutions enhance Itron’s existing offerings."
