W&T Offshore (NYSE:WTI) shares rose 15% in morning trade on Monday after its chief executive officer & president bought 286,842 shares for about $527K.
The oil and gas company's shares have risen 30% so far this year and have a "Strong Buy" rating from Seeking Alpha analysts. Wall Street, meanwhile, has a "Buy".
