CoreWeave修改与美国银行信托的信贷协议，增加30亿美元

CoreWeave (NASDAQ:CRWV) disclosed on Thursday that it has amended its credit agreement with U.S. Bank Trust, and added an incremental $3B billion tranche of delayed draw term loans.
CoreWeave intends to use the money to buy certain equipment, hardware, infrastructure and other systems, the company said in a filing.
CoreWeave shares rose 2.3% in premarket trading on Thursday.
