- Catherine Clay will become CEO of S&P (NYSE:SPGI) Dow Jones Indices effective November 1, 2025.
- Clay succeeds Dan Draper, who will remain as Special Advisor for a transition period.
- Clay also joins the S&P DJI Board, replacing Draper in that role.
- Clay was previously EVP and Global Head of Derivatives at Cboe Global Markets.
