- Alaska Silver (TSXV:WAM:CA) has priced a public offering of 18.46M units at US$0.65/unit, for gross proceeds of ~US$12M.
- Each unit includes one subordinate voting share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at US$0.97 for a three-year term from the closing date.
- An over-allotment option of up to 15% additional units is available for 30 days post-pricing.
- Net proceeds will be used for mineral exploration, debt repayment, and general working capital.
- Closing is expected on or about October 3, 2025.
