Enanta Pharmaceuticals将普通股发行价定为6500万美元

Enanta Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ENTA) has priced its public offering of 6.5M common shares at $10.00 per share for gross proceeds of $65.0M.
The company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price.
The offering is expected to close on October 2, 2025.
ENTA --8.2% after hours to $10.98
