INNEOVA Holdings (NASDAQ: INEO) announced on Tuesday its unaudited financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025.
The company's revenue increased 10.3% YoY to $30.8M, driven by the acquisition of the INNEOVA Engineering Division, which contributed approximately $2.7M, and growth in other revenue streams, such as shipping charges.
While the company's gross profit grew by 2.2% to $5.9M in H125, the gross margin fell to 19.3% compared to 20.8% in H124 due to the integration of new business segments and slight variations in the product mix.
The operating income in H125 fell $0.7M to $1.1M due to ongoing compliance costs and higher administrative and selling expenses associated with the recent acquisition.
Due to increased operating expenses, higher interest costs, and foreign exchange losses, the net income declined to $0.2M compared to $1.7M in H124. Consequently, the company reported a diluted EPS of $0.02 in H125 compared to $0.19 in H124.
The share price saw a jump of approximately 4% to $1.06 during the early trading hours on Tuesday.
