Diana Shipping与m/v DSI Aquila签订包租合同

- Diana Shipping (NYSE:DSX) announced a time charter agreement with Bunge SA, Geneva, for its Ultramax dry bulk vessel m/v DSI Aquila.
- The vessel will earn a gross daily rate of $14,500, less 5% commission, for a period running from at least February 25, 2027, to as late as April 25, 2027.
- The charter, set to begin on October 12, 2025, is expected to generate about $7.15M in gross revenue over the minimum contract term.
