LQWD科技公司额外收购14个比特币

- LQWD Technologies (OTCQB:LQWDF) on Monday announced the acquisition of an additional 14 bitcoin to its treasury.
- The company purchased 14 bitcoins at an average purchase price of $111,307 per Bitcoin for $1.56 million, increasing its total Bitcoin holdings to 252.5 bitcoin with an average purchase price of $77,370 per bitcoin for a total amount of $19.54 million.
- LQWD also promoted Matthew Whitcomb to VP Capital Markets and Corporate Development, effective immediately, granting 750,000 stock options that are exercisable for a period of up to 5 years at a price of C$1.50 per share to various directors, officers, employees, and consultants. The stock options will vest over a period of up to 12 months.
