- Lodestar Metals (TSXV:LSTR:CA) (OTCQB:SVTNF) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 6.67M units at C$0.075 per unit, aiming to raise C$500,000.
- Each unit includes 1 common share and half a warrant; full warrants are exercisable at C$0.12 for 2 years, with an acceleration clause if shares trade ≥C$0.15 for 10 days.
- Funds will support exploration and drilling at Lodestar's Goldrun Project in Nevada, plus general working capital.
