- Oracle Commodity Holding (OTCQB:ORLCF) on Wednesday said it proposes to undertake a non-brokered private placement financing to raise gross proceeds of $245,000 through the sale of up to 7M units at a price of $0.035 per unit.
- Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share at an exercise price of $0.06 for a period of three years from issuance.
- Company insiders will be subscribing for up to 1.75M units for gross proceeds of up to $61,250.
- The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, with no other specific use representing 10% or more of the gross proceeds of the offering.
