Walker & Dunlop为两处多户房产安排1.1亿美元的再融资

Walker & Dunlop (NYSE:WD) said on Tuesday that it has successfully arranged $110M to refinance two premier properties: Plat 4 at Research Triangle in Durham, North Carolina, and Plat 10 at the Ranch in Loveland, Colorado.
Both transactions were structured as floating-rate, interest-only bridge loans, secured on behalf of Buckingham Companies.
Walker & Dunlop’s New York Capital Markets arranged the transactions, with ACRE providing the capital to refinance the existing construction loans.
