J-Star任命新首席执行官

  • J-Star Holding (NASDAQ:YMAT) has named Sam Van as chief executive officer, effective October 1.
  • Van succeeds Jonathan Chiang, who will remain chairman of the board with a focus on innovation and customer relations.
  • The leadership change comes after J-Star’s recent IPO and ahead of major U.S. expansion plans, including a new production line, R&D center, and sales office.
  • J-Star is also launching its own brands of sporting goods and electric bicycles.
  • Van has held senior roles at SRO Partners, NYSE, FINRA, and Freedom U.S. Markets, and currently serves on the boards of PMI and REED.
