Portillo’s (NASDAQ:PTLO) has named Michael A. Miles, Jr. as interim CEO, effective immediately.
Miles succeeds Michael Osanloo, who has stepped down as president, CEO, and board member.
Osanloo will remain as special advisor during a 90-day transition period.
Miles has served as chairman of Portillo’s since 2014 and was interim CEO from 2014 to 2015.
