- Noble Plains Uranium (TSXV:NOBL:CA) announce on Thursday that it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement.
- The company said it will now issue up to 11.56 million units at a price of $0.09 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.04 million.
- Each unit will be composed of one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional share at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of two years from the date of issuance.
- NOBL:CA closed -14.27% at $0.09.
