美國能源服務公司（「公司」或「能源服務」）（納斯達克股票代碼：ESOA）今天宣佈，其子公司Nitro Construction Services，Inc.（「Nitro Construction」或「Nitro」）已與Rigney Digital Systems Ltd.（「Rigney Digital Systems」或「Rigney」）簽訂了資產購買協議，Rigney Digital Systems Ltd.是位於西弗吉尼亞州颶風市的空調控制系統地區領導者。
