- Mark Filanowski will retire as chief executive officer and step down from the board of Pangaea Logistics Solutions (NASDAQ:PANL) on January 1, 2026. Mads Petersen, current chief operating officer, will succeed Filanowski as president and CEO, and join the board effective the same date. P
- Petersen has been with Pangaea since 2009, co-founding Nordic Bulk Carriers.
