HighPeak Energy宣布首席执行官交接

High Peak Energy (NASDAQ:HPK) said that Michael L. Hollis, current President and a member of the Board, has been appointed interim CEO, effective immediately.
Mr. Hollis has served as President of the company and a member of the Board since 2020 and has over 25 years of oil and gas experience.
Prior to joining HighPeak, Mr. Hollis served as President and COO of Diamondback Energy.
Current CEO, Director and Chairman, Mr. Jack Hightower will retire from his positions.
The stock price traded 1.98% higher to $7.20 on Monday during after-hours trading.
