DexCom首席执行官请病假

- DexCom (NASDAQ:DXCM) announced on Tuesday that Jacob Leach, its President and Chief Operating Officer, will lead the company on an interim basis as its CEO and Chairman of the Board, Kevin Sayer, is taking a medical leave of absence.
- In a regulatory filing, the glucose monitoring equipment maker said that its board appointed Leach as interim principal executive officer effective Sept. 14 when Sayer’s medical leave also takes effect. Leach will continue to function as DXCM’s Chief Operating Officer in addition to his new role.
- Additionally, DexCom (NASDAQ:DXCM) has named Mark Foletta, lead independent director of its board, as its interim chairman of the board. Both Leach and Foletta will serve in their interim positions without receiving any extra compensation, the company added.
