- Ten-League International (NASDAQ:TLIH) announced on Friday that it received a deficiency letter from Nasdaq, stating that the company is not in compliance with the requirement to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share of its ordinary shares for continued listing.
- The Notice has no immediate effect on the continued listing status of the ordinary shares on Nasdaq.
- The company has been provided a compliance period of 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice, or until March 9, 2026, to regain compliance.
- The company’s business operations are not affected by the receipt of the notification letter.
- TLIH +4.36% after hours to $0.6053.
