密苏里州罢工的波音员工拒绝了最新报价

- Boeing (NYSE:BA) union workers who work on defense aircraft at several plants in Missouri have rejected the latest contract offer from the aerospace giant.
- The rebuff comes after management and IAM Union District 837 Negotiating Committee on Sept. 10 said they had come to a tentative, 5-year agreement that would have boosted the average wage to $109K from $75K, as well as a $4K ratification bonus.
- A Boeing briefing sheet on the offer states that the new offer represents 45% average wage growth, a 5% increase from a prior offer made in late July.
- The union told KMOV-TV that the latest offer's signing bonus wasn't as high as other workers have received, and lacked an increase in 401k benefits.
- About 3,200 Boeing employees in Missouri began their strike on Aug. 4.
