Curbline Properties在第三季度收购中增加了3.097亿美元

- Curbline Properties (NYSE:CURB) on Thursday said it has acquired 34 convenience shopping centers so far in the third quarter for $309.7 million.
- This brings the company’s total year-to-date acquisitions to 64 centers valued at $588.8 million.
- Curbline focuses on owning convenience centers in suburban areas with high household incomes.
- "We remain encouraged by the investment opportunities in the highly fragmented but liquid marketplace for convenience centers as Curbline continues to execute on its business plan of scaling the first public real estate company focused exclusively on convenience properties" CEO Lukes, said in a statement.
