麦格纳任命Philip Fracassa为首席财务官

Magna (NYSE:MGA) has appointed Philip Fracassa as executive vice-president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
He succeeds Patrick McCann, who will step down following a career spanning more than 26 years with Magna. To support the transition, McCann will remain in an advisory role until the end of February 2026.
Fracassa joins Magna as CFO effective immediately after 20 years at The Timken Company (TKR), where he held the CFO role for over a decade.
