- Sono Group (NASDAQ:SSM) said CEO George G. O’Leary has resigned, effective immediately, and will help with the transition until the end of the year.
- The company said his departure was not related to any disagreements over operations or policies. The Supervisory Board has appointed Kevin McGurn as the new CEO, effective Sept. 9.
