Steakholder Foods宣布八分之一反向ADS分拆

Steakholder Foods (NASDAQ:STKH) will change its ADS ratio from 1 ADS representing 500 ordinary shares to 1 ADS representing 4,000 ordinary shares, effective September 10, 2025.
The adjustment acts as a one-for-eight reverse ADS split for ADS holders, with no action required from investors.
