- DBV Technologies (NASDAQ:DBVT) filed a prospectus supplement with the SEC for an at-the-market offering up to $150M of American Depositary Shares.
- Each ADS represents five ordinary shares of the company.
- The new ATM Program replaces the prior ATM program from May 2022, with similar terms and conditions.
- Proceeds will primarily fund the Biologics License Application and potential launch of the VIASKIN Peanut patch for toddlers aged 1-3 years.
- Additional funds will support ongoing development of the VIASKIN technology platform, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
