NeuroSense Therapeutics (NASDAQ:NRSN) announced on Thursday it has entered into a definitive agreement with a single investor for a $500,000 private placement of ordinary shares.
Under the terms of the agreement, NeuroSense will issue 333,334 ordinary shares at a purchase price of $1.50 per share, representing a 40% premium to the closing price of the company's ordinary shares on September 3, 2025.
The private placement is expected to close on September 8, 2025.
Proceeds from the financing are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and working capital, said the company.
