Neonode预计将从专利和解中获得1500万至2000万美元的收益

- Neonode (NASDAQ:NEON) on Wednesday said it has been informed of its anticipated proceeds from a settlement of the lawsuit between Neonode Smartphone and Samsung Electronics Co., pertaining to the alleged infringement of certain patents assigned by Neonode to Aequitas Technologies in 2019.
- While Neonode was not a party to the lawsuit, the company said it is entitled to 50 percent of any net proceeds from the settlement.
- Based on settlement details, Neonode expects to receive net proceeds of about $15 million to $20 million.
